MV Devon Bay Sinking - 2 Filipino Sailors Dead, 4 Missing
The Singapore-flagged cargo ship MV Devon Bay capsized near Scarborough Shoal on January 23, carrying 21 Filipino sailors. Two died and four remain missing. Chinese Coast Guard vessels led the initial rescue before Philippine forces arrived.
